Your Mindset is the first place to start! First we have to address the toxic thought patterns and old ways of thinking that might be standing in the way of you reaching your goals. Once we clear these out, we can make space to Clean Up the rest of the toxins lingering in your life!
BONUS CLASS -- Create Your Vision Board for 2021
Create the vision for how you want your year to unfold, or at the very least what you want your next 6 weeks to look like while we flow through this course! Vision boards are a powerful tool to help you manifest the life you want + get clear on what you desire.
Your Kitchen Clean Up Class
We're going to do a walk through of your kitchen pantry and fridge and talk about the nutrition side of things. What foods do you need to ditch? Which ones do you need to add in? We're going to go over all of it step by step inside this class!
Your Home Clean Up Class
We're going to do a walk through your home care products and talk about the toxins that are lingering inside your cleaners + how they are effecting your health! Plus I'll share exactly what natural cleaners you can replace them with (that actually work)
Your Integration Week
