In this episode, I am joined by the incredible Dr.Cindy Sholes. Dr. Cindy is a neuroscientist turned positive transformation coach. She helps caring people, who feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted reconnect with their deepest selves to find authentic power and purpose. One of her clients referred to her as a “human condition detective”. Now she teaches other coaches and therapists how to tap into their clients subconscious mind and quickly and effectively change the self-sabotaging patterns that keep them stuck, freeing them up to realise their true human potential.
We dive into our menopause journeys, how our hormones changed and the way we dealt with our everyday life with these changes. Learning how to regulate emotions in a new way because the old way was no longer working.
