After falling into a pretty dark place of no motivation, muscle loss & weight gain, depression, hair loss & countless other *meno-hell* symptoms, Jenn shares her menopause journey & what she's doing to turn things around! She believes there is no age limit for a woman to look & feel her best, in midlife & beyond! Jenn's background includes years in corporate banking, personal training, consulting & entrepreneurship.
